Organizational Chart
This is the org chart for the Food Pools and Lodging Services Section (includes Manufactured
Home Parks, Camps) in the Environmental Health Division of the Minnesota Department of
Health.
Manager’s Office
Steven Diaz is the Environmental Health Manager with one Assistant Manager position (vacant)
and five unit supervisors reporting directly to him.
North Field Operations Unit
The first Operations Unit is supervised by Blake Nordin, North Field Operations Unit Supervisor
who reports to Steven Diaz. Three district office supervisors report to Blake:
