For online payment in Mountain Brook:
1. Be sure you are using the Mozilla Firefox Browser. (DO NOT use Google Chrome. It DOES NOT
work in Google Chrome Browser.)
2. Click the online payment link.
3. If Silverlight is NOT already installed on your computer, you will be prompted to install it to
your computer as shown below.
a. Click Install Microsoft Silverlight.
b. Click Save File.
c. Click on the download that appears in upper left, or you may need to click the arrow in
upper left that shows the download.
4. If Silverlight IS already installed on your computer, you will see a window appear that says
Activate Silverlight.
a. Click the Activate Silverlight link that appears.
b. Click the Allow and Remember button that appears as shown below.
