INCOMING Q & A: Q: After conversion to semesters, how will quarter credit hrs earned during quarter calendar display on transcripts? A: There will not be a change to the display of credit hours per course earned during quarter calendar. For transition students, the transcript will still reflect 4 quarter credit hours (if that is what is earned) for the course successfully completed. Semester credit hours will be reflected only in the cumulative total of credits earned. CONVERSION RELATED MEETINGS • • • • • • The Calendar Conversion Process Committee (CCPC) met 9/12/11.
