Importing PST’s into Exchange Mailbox
Please import any PST files that you will need within one week after the cutover to O365. Please
follow these steps:
1. Create a folder in the Exchange mailbox.
2. Click once on your newly created folder
3. Click on File and then on Open & Export
4. Click on Import/Export
5. Select “Import from another program or file” and then click “Next >”
6. Select “Outlook Data File” (.pst) and click on “Next >” button.
7. Click on “Browse..” button and select the appropriate PST file.
8. Select the desired *.pst file and click on “Open” and then click on “Next >”
9. Select “Import items into the current folder” and click on “Finish” button.
10. File will imported into the Exchange mailbox in the background and make take a few
minute overall.
