Bank One Corporation hereby moves that the testimony of Lawrence G. Buc
(BOC-T-2) be accepted five business days late. The testimony of Bank One’s witness
Brad Rappaport was filed on June 21, 2004, on the same day as the Request and other
initial pleadings of the United States Postal Service in this docket. Production and
coordination difficulties prevented the filing of Mr. Buc’s testimony at that time. The
undersigned counsel do not believe that any party will be prejudiced by this short delay.
