AP Exam Attendance Policy/Permission Slip 2016
Students registered for and taking AP exams may be excused from the remainder of the school day on their
exam days with prior parent permission.
Please note that this policy does not excuse students from classroom tests, due dates and deadlines.
Students should check with their individual teachers to make sure they are current with their classroom and
homework assignments.
Students need to submit this form to Ms. Hawkins, the attendance secretary, before their exam. On the chart
below put a check next to the exams the student will be taking. Attendance will be checked against the exam
rosters.
