To this end the IB works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.

Identifying multiple ways to assess student learning 
Designing and delivering instruction that creates opportunities for students to demonstrate learning in multiple ways ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS To meet or exceed the AMO of 87.4% in Reading for all students with a focus on students in the Hispanic/Latino sub group as measured by the Maryland School Assessment (MSA). To meet or exceed the AMO of 86.9% in Math for all students with a focus on students in the Special Education, LEP, and FARMS sub groups as measured by the Maryland School Assessment (MSA). MEASUREMENT, ANALYSIS, AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PROCESS MANAGEMENT As a result of root cause analysis, the following structures and processes will be implemented and monitored to address student and staff needs: 





Schedule weekly course‐alike PLC meetings supported by the content RT, team leader, SDT, and/or administrator Analyze quarterly content‐related professional learning to review and analyze the instructional focus, including peer visits and multimedia examples of teachers using strategies Examine the impact of the implemented strategies on focus students through monthly Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) meetings Conduct focused observations by instructional leaders with feedback/reflection conversations about teaching and learning Create and administer on‐going student voice surveys and focus groups to monitor implementation of strategies Review and analyze data on a monthly basis to predict student performance on standardized assessments What measures will we use to track improvement?
