1. Athletic Inclusion
1. Val and Henry met with people about trans inclusion policy for athletics
2. NCAA (National Collegiate Athletics Association) has set rules for trans
inclusion policy in relation to hormones
3. RIT has adopted NCAA’s rules, added other policies about support
4. Almost finished
5. Will be a new policy starting next year
6. Working on a similar policy for intramural and club sports
7. CJ has feedback about swimming- gendered clothing
8. Things to think about- informing coaches

performed at Rainbow Graduation ,
5. Would be happy to collaborate on future events, performances, etc.

a. Currently, OUTspoken has $500 for club help
i. Colorfest is getting sponsored too
ii. Last year, the only club to ask was Mental Graffitti
