Representatives for MSO related Meetings
● President’s Roundtable:
○ Bi-weekly, played with playdoh
● SG Meetings:
○ Nothing important happened. No more electronics allowed :(
● Finance Meetings
○ Need someone to go
● Technology Meeting
○ Preferred Name Changes - compiling a list of grievances, Sean
will continue talking to other representatives to talk about the
issue
● Deaf Advocacy
○ 5 or 6 goals they want to reach by the end of the year.
Everyone was charged with coming up with action plans.
● Q Senate
○ Groups want webpages or some online footprint. Each group
should have some form of outline/blurb for the next meeting.
Colorfest meetings have started. Q senate was shown the
budget and was overwhelmingly neutral about it.

● Affinity reception for the career fair - get information from Andrew.
● Bisexuality day is this wednesday, free chipotle in the center.
● Ray needs to send Sean the new logo.
● Ally week needs to be advertised

● They have free screenings for college students/under 21s
● SG Vans - need to get drivers certified.
○ Drag Becomes Him - documentary on Jinkx Monsoon, short
played before the movie featuring Anthony Bizzaro

○ Liz In September (opening film) will be the biggest film, not free.
● Sign up sheet at ritGA to see people who are interested in going to
see films. Will determine the amount of movies we will buy tickets to
based on interest.
● E-board HW!!!! Read up on the ImageOUT films that are screening.
T-shirts:
Ray is using customINK for shirt orders. Price for ~200 shirts is
$6.11.
Max - Other shirts that are used (comfortable ones) would need to be
purchased and then printed on.
Ray - Can get those shirts through customINK.
We will order 75 crew necks and 50 v-neck t-shirts ($971.25).
Button Supplies:
Determine correct button supplies to order from staples.
Sean cried, “Accio buttons” and summoned the button materials out
of the closet.
Ally Week:
October 5th - 10th.
Need to reach out to athletic life to discuss some form of planning (in
general too).
Could reach out to groups and encourage them to attend events,
spectrum photobooth, etc.
Should be involved in the events that are being planned, and help out
where possible.
Collab with groups doesn’t have to be within ally week.
