○ Max talked with Ali Prengamen and they are reserving time in
the SAU and want to interview with students about access
services.

● Happy Thanksgiving
● Create event for the Holigay party.

Holiday Party
● Tracy emailed me back, going with full sized pies.
● Chef-Caterer will call Val tomorrow.
● Spectrum - Will hopefully get identity flags for extra gifts for the white
elephant. Max will try to drop in the spectrum office to confirm with
Cooper
● Confirm with EVR/Henry
● Make the fb event make sure to highlight that there is a gift exchange.
● Need to make sure we clean up before we lose the room.
Campus Pride
● Account has been approved for the campus pride index. We can
begin the evaluation, and do the sports part.
● Need to get more information on the policy changes for sports here
before we fill the survey out.

● Nick Giordano passed us a proposal that SG has done so we can
look to model ours off of.

● Ray has the drag show ticket designs.
