○ Met with Nicole Howley, date is March 9th. We are looking to
do a tabling event in fireside lounge around lunch time.
Reaching out to various organizations in order to have them
join, have a collection of tables. Would like to do a type of
stamp/sticker event where you get a sticker for every table you
visit. Vist 5 and get a free food item. A similar event ran with
free ben and jerry’s and had about 150 students come through
○ OUTspoken’s role - Table will be a mocktail table. Activities like
pouring your own shot in a solo cup, then measuring. How
much beer is “1 drink” in a solo cup etc. Start thinking about
food ideas and an advertisement (Ray)
○ Meet with Allie to see if Trillium might want to do something
● Award for Rainbow Graduation:
○ Most improved club or somebody important did something
good(both?)
