● Finance, Taryn: ColourFEST at finance meeting petitioned but was
given more than requested ~1500
● Sports and Club Sports policy meeting, Val: Thinks will fully change
from the most strict (RNGB) to a better policy second draft, hopefully
will be very trans-friendly very soon

● Taryn:
○ Will transfer OUTspoken funds to ColourFEST and the CUPSI
team from Mental Graffiti
○ EAF form for mugs has been filled out

○ Needs to register for NELGBTC after Henry fills EAF forms
○ OUTspoken budget may move things around to make sure
salience can be covered

● Easter Egg Hunt madness: no time for last-minutes during break, will
hold the week after, April 11-15 will still be relevant
○ Ray is making event slips to hand out and email banner
● Ray is concerned about mugs. “GAYER!” says Val.
● For NELGBTC, there are not not enough van drivers
● What is RIT campus life like? NTID admissions office wants to show
what RIT life is like in a recruitment video.
