*No Conferences Thursday, November 12, 2015
Where: RHMS Cafeteria and Gymnasium
Time: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
6th Grade Teachers will be in the Cafeteria
7th and 8th Grade Teachers will be in the Gym
Reports cards available at counselor tables
NOTE: A map of teacher locations will be available during the conferences
 Arena Style Parent/Teacher Conferences
 Edline questions and activation in the Media Center from 1:00-5:00 p.m.
 No Appointment Necessary (Please be aware that there may be lines in some cases.)
 Parent conferences will be limited to 6 minutes. Please respect the time
limits. If a longer conference is necessary, you will have an opportunity to
communicate that need and you can schedule a conference for a later date.
Questions to consider asking your child’s teacher:
o What do you see as my child’s strengths and/or areas for improvement?
o How can I support my child at home in terms of your class?
o What opportunities are available for my child to relearn or reassess
material that is confusing?
o How can I schedule a parent/teacher conference because I have more
questions or information to share?
NOTE: Teachers will have dinner breaks at allocated times. Please respect this time and plan accordingly.
