I understand that this device is provided for use in Paint Branch High School’s Summer School
2.0 program. I understand that while this device and its accompanying equipment are in my
possession, I am responsible for them at all times. I agree to comply with the lease terms and
responsibilities and understand that failure to do so will result in the loss of borrowing privileges.

I agree to use the device in accordance with MCPS’s IGT-RA acceptable use policies.
I agree to notify the school of lost, stolen, or damaged devices and equipment
immediately.*
I agree to return the device and equipment at the end of the lease period identified in the
agreement in good working order. **
I agree to cover repair or replacement charges if the device and/or additional equipment
is lost, stolen or damaged.***
* Theft reports must be filed with the Montgomery County Police for devices believed to be stolen.
** Devices not returned at the end of the lease period will be treated as theft.
*** Repair charges are not to exceed the cost of replacing the device.
