Celebrate your next birthday party at St. Albert Gymnastics Club for an
action packed time you won’t forget!
Birthday party participants will get to experience the world of gymnastics
through exciting and motivating gymnastic skills. One of our NCCP certified
coaches will be sure to set up the gym for age appropriate games, relays,
playing with the parachute or other exciting activities!
Birthday parties are 2 hours in length. The first hour is spent on the floor
with a certified coach and assistant to ensure that everything runs safely
and smoothly. The second hour is spent in one of our party rooms that are
equipped with the following:
Large Party Room – Fridge, stove, sink, microwave, tables and chairs.
Small Party Room – Fridge, microwave, tables and chairs.
Birthday parent hosts are welcome to bring cake, pizza, snacks, drinks
etc. Parents are permitted to use decorations in their assigned party room,
however they must be taken down and thrown away right after the party.
St. Albert Gymnastics Club wants to ensure the safety of all participants
while in our facility. While participating in one of our birthday parties, we
request that all participants and adults adhere to our policies. Please view

IMPORTANT NOTE:
St. Albert Gymnastics Club is a Nut-Aware Facility. Please do not bring any
food items that contain nuts or are made in a facility that processes food
containing nuts. (Please note that St. Albert Gymnastics Club cannot
guarantee club facilities are Nut-Free, however, we do our best to educate
visitors about being Nut-Aware at all times.)
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be given more than two weeks (14 days) prior
to the date of booking to receive a refund. A $35 non-refundable fee will
apply to these cancellations. At the time of cancellation, if a party is
rescheduled for a later date, the party fee (minus the administration fee)
may be transferred to the new booking.
Cancellation notifications given two weeks or less prior to the party date
will not be eligible to receive a refund.
Birthday parties are held on Sundays at St. Albert Gymnastics Club year round
with the exception of long weekends. Please follow the Register Online button to

Party Times available:
10:45am – 12:45pm
12:00pm – 2:00pm
1:15pm – 3:15pm
2:30pm – 4:30pm
3:45pm – 5:45pm
The cost is $150.00 and includes up to a maximum of 15 children.

St. Albert Gymnastics Club wants to ensure the safety of all participants while in
our facility. While participating in one of our birthday parties, we request that the
following rules are followed:
Please note: Maximum number of participants permitted on the floor is 15. NO
EXCEPTIONS!
This ensures that the coach/participant ratio is followed and adheres to the
policy set out by the Alberta Gymnastics Federation.

Waivers must be completed prior to the start of the birthday for
any participant or adult that will be going onto the gymnastics floor
during the birthday party.
Participants should refrain from wearing jewelry (dangling earrings,
necklaces, rings, watches etc).
Please tie up long hair.
Participants should wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Participants should NOT wear any of the following:
o Jeans or ripped clothing
o Buttons, zippers or snaps
o Belts or hats
o Skirts or Dresses
Bare feet only – Please place socks inside footwear
No food or drink (including gum or candy) on the gym floor
Any open sores/warts must be covered with a bandage
IMPORTANT NOTE:
At this time NO children that are in a sling/carrier, car seat, left unattended in a
stroller or in a parents arms will be permitted onto the gymnastics floor.
This policy was established by the Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) on
December 18, 2014 and all Gymnastics Clubs in Alberta are to abide by this policy.
St. Albert Gymnastics Club apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

As our birthday parties are scheduled back-to-back, birthday parent hosts
are required to empty the garbage, wipe down the tables and vacuum.
Birthday parent hosts must ensure that all participants are ready to participate
wearing sweatpants, shorts or leggings and a t-shirt.
All children participating in the birthday party and are using the facility (regardless
of age) are considered a participant.
*Please note that children 3 and younger must have a parent with them at all
times and that St. Albert Gymnastics Club requires a completed waiver for the
child as well as the parent*
