And then…
Just when you start dreaming of your favorite indulgences and want to love them
in your slimmer body, it’s time for Phase 2. This is the part where you get to go
wild, guilt-free, while still losing weight!
Here’s why we created Phase 2 and why it’s so important for long-lasting
success:
 We created Phase 2 so you can indulge in some of your favorite foods—as
you continue to lose weight without deprivation! Other programs typically
leave you feeling deprived, and that’s no way to live. Here, you’ll eat your
favorite foods, tackle your own personal eating struggles, and learn to take
advantage of your eating strengths and challenges—all as you witness that
you can lose fat without having to follow a strict diet.
 You’ll rewire what and how you eat, and you’ll be able to enjoy social
events and weekends as you drop pounds!
 When the 21 days are over, you’ll have confidence about how to eat at
social events and how to enjoy some of your favorite foods, guilt free!
You’ll have a proven strategy that you’ve used to help rein your eating back
in if you got a little wild. After all, life is about having fun and getting to
enjoy it, without guilt!

 That’s why for now, each week during your 21-Day Body RebootTM , we
have you come back to Phase 1 for several days so that you gain confidence
in knowing that you always have the power and control to tighten the reins
on your eating and to accelerate fat loss. We want you to witness that
you’re capable of achieving this several times to prove to yourself that you
can do it.
o Eating this way will teach you how to reel in your behaviors (and
learn to trust yourself that you can reel them in). You’ll also learn
techniques to prevent your eating habits from getting too out of
hand so that you truly can indulge guilt-free.
Eat and enjoy your food and shred fat?! You bet! Hallelujah!
Phase 2 (Thursdays- Sundays): You get to go wild—and you’re free!
Just when you’re craving more flexibility, you’re free from our Clean-Tox drinks
and also from the Phase 1 structured eating plan. What do we mean by “go wild”?
 It doesn’t mean shoveling every piece of food in sight into your
mouth without stopping to take a breath, and then feeling gross.
 It does mean ordering the treat on the menu that you normally think
you’re not allowed to have.

 It does mean indulging and enjoying yourself without guilt.
 It does mean eating or drinking what your friends are eating and
drinking without being the “I can’t, I’m dieting” party pooper.
 And most of all, it does mean loving life, having fun and still losing
weight―without depriving yourself.
You deserve it! You’ve been healthy all week, and now you want to kick back a
little and enjoy the weekend, without any guilt.
Want to indulge in that brownie? That pasta? A delicious burger?
Here’s how you’ll do it while still losing weight:
 During your 21-Day Body RebootTM, early Wednesday evenings, you’ll
receive an email with questions about your favorite foods and eating
habits, and your answers will provide the framework for your personalized
plan. This part is designed just for you.
 And don’t worry, we still provide you with a shopping list for these days so
that you can select foods that you like and want to have on hand. Your
personalized plan will give you goals and strategies to help you to indulge in
your favorite foods without going off the deep end.

o For example, someone’s free days may simply require only focusing
on making sure their meals include filling half their plate with veggies
and the remaining half with each ¼ protein and ¼ high-fiber,
phytonutrient-rich carbs—and nothing more.
o Someone else’s free days may include that same goal, as well as
limiting cheese to 1 ounce of soft cheese daily, bagging half the meal
they order at a restaurant and taking it home, and only eating
vegetables when they drink alcohol.
 Your goals will be designed to help you to succeed—based on the
information you tell us about your likes, dislikes, habits, and vices.
 To ensure that your personalized plan garners the best results, please be as
honest as you can when you answer the questions about your eating habits
and favorite foods; it’s of utmost importance to be very truthful as we are
personalizing this plan JUST FOR YOU and we want you to be successful and
get the best results possible!
 Your goals will be designed to help you to indulge in your wildest dream
foods and to succeed based on the information you tell us about you. This
is so much fun, and it’s not the time to try to impress us or copy someone
else’s answers, since the only person you’ll be cheating is yourself.
 Remember, your plan is personalized for YOU and is set up to help YOU
succeed. Each week, the second phase will change again based on your
results from the previous week as well as on your personal eating strengths
and weaknesses.

 Most people will lose roughly 1-5 pounds each week, but some people can
lose even more. Also, please note: If a trigger food sets you off in a way that
you can’t stop eating it if you have a little bit, stay away from that for now.

An important goal in Phase 2 for exciting results:
 As you’ll learn in the Week 1 Video for Phase 2, no matter what your
personal free days entail, there is one goal everyone will have during their
Phase 2. It’s veggie-related (you’ll receive a pdf “The Secret to Free Day
Success”) with more tips. We also we highly recommend that you watch
each of the videos for all of the details, tidbits, and pointers.).
o This veggie goal is a small price to pay for getting to indulge in your
favorite foods. Plus, you’ll be resetting your taste buds (learn more
about this in the quick links!), making success even easier for you!
 During Phase 2, you’ll continue to burn body fat, boost your energy, feel
lighter and bloat-free—and you’ll strengthen and restore your body so you
can fend off toxins and damaging free radicals (like those from pollution,
stress, and from normal, everyday living) that enter your system. Bolstering
your body’s defense system means you’ll become more resilient to flus,
colds, and shocks to your metabolism from damaging foods and drinks.
You’ll also reset your body to lose weight faster, improve your body’s
sensitivity to insulin, and help to stave off diabetes (or improve your
symptoms if you have it).

A large reason for your awesome results during Phase 2:
 While you enjoy living life and indulging in your favorite foods, one of the
many reasons you’ll be resetting, recharging, and rejuvenating your body is
because you’ll be increasing your phytonutrient consumption (thanks to
upping your veggie intake)—so you’ll be helping to protect your body with
special plant nutrients. During this time, as you follow your personalized
plan, refer to the Guidelines in the Member’s Section as they’re always
great to keep in mind.
o Depending on your personal prescription, you may be advised to follow
these guidelines, but even if you’re not, they are ones you should be
familiar with as these are great tips for leading a healthy life.
Quick note: When you start Phase 2, you’ll have just completed Phase 1, and built
a solid healthy base that you won’t want to ruin by wandering too far off track.
Pay attention to the changes you make each week as you shed pounds and as you
make healthy, lean-eating habits. In our follow-up questions before your free days,
you’ll be able to recognize these changes and acknowledge them in the answers
you give regarding your favorite foods and habits, and we’ll use them to continue
personalizing your plan, which will help you to create the strongest foundation for
your long-lasting weight loss!
