Before advancing the slide, ask students if they know what happens when we exhale. Be sure students also know that feeling hungry can sometimes mean they are dehydrated, so when they feel hungry, they should always drink water first. Students fill in the blanks with ways to hydrate, such as drinking many types of liquids or eating juicy foods. Emphasize that drinking sugary drinks are not as good as drinking water, because our bodies don’t need lots of sugar. “Water!
