Seasons l The weather in the Maldives is generally pleasant with balmy
mornings, sunlit days, iridescent sunsets and breezy nights. With the
average temperature at about 30°C throughout the year, Maldives has
two distinct seasons; the dry northeast monsoon from December to
March and the wet southwest monsoon from May to November.

Destination l A fun twenty-minute speedboat trip away from the
resort is the capital island of Male. Unique in every way, this 2 km long
x 1 km wide island, with a population of 70,000, is the busiest in the
Maldives and one of the most densely populated capital cities in the
