How to view Campaign Reports
Goto REPORT in Top Menu. Click on WHATSAPP HISTORY
In WhatsApp History to view Today’s campaign click on TODAY’S WHATSAPP CALL.
To View old campaign click on WHATSAPP CALL

In WhatsApp Call section select START DATE and END DATE and click on SEARCH

How to Filter WhatsApp Number?
Click on FILTER WHATSAPP NUMBER tab in LEFT

Select *.CSV file only with mobile number
NOTE : “0” or “+” or “91” is
NOT required to be added along with Country code and mobile number.
NOTE : WhatsApp Number Filtering is conducted between 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) only

To View WhatsApp Filter result goto REPORTs -> Filter WhatsApp Number and select date range to view all
Filter number results.
You can download INWHATSAPP NUMBER FILE in CSV format.
Just Copy-Paste numbers in SEND WHATSAPP MESSAGE section as shown above and run campaign !
You can copy-paste upto 20,000 Numbers in one time.
