TOWN OF ONTARIO
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of
Ontario, New York, at the Town Hall, 1850 Ridge Road, Ontario, New York, on the 22nd day of
May, 2017, at 7:01 o'clock p.m., Local Time, to hear citizen comments regarding the community
development, economic development, and housing needs ofthe Town of Ontario and the Town's
potential submission of an application to the New York State Office of Community Renewal for
Community Development Block Grant funding to support the development of a tomato growing
and distribution facility at the eastern end of Timothy Lane in the Town of Ontario. More
detailed information regarding the project will be presented at the hearing.
The aforesaid public hearing has been directed to be held pursuant to a Resolution of the Town
Board of the Town of Ontario, New York, duly adopted at a meeting of said Board on the 8th
day of May, 2017.
