United Events Christmas 2015 Package Offer

MU is the promoter of the Promotion.
1.2
By participating in the Promotion the Purchaser agrees to be bound by these
Conditions and confirms that all information submitted is true, current and complete.
1.3
Where an Event Organiser books a Christmas 2015 Event with United Events as part
of the Promotion, such Event Organiser will be entitled to a Reward subject to these
Conditions.
1.4
In these Conditions the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
“Closing Date” means 17.00 GMT on 30 October 2015;
“Conditions” means the terms and conditions set out in this document;
“Christmas 2015 Event” means an event booked
company to be held at the Stadium during the period
January 2016, which for the avoidance of doubt
meetings, birthday parties, weddings, bar mitzvahs
events);
as a ‘Christmas Party’ by a

and christenings (or similar
“Event Contract” means the contract provided by MU in respect of a Christmas
2015 Event;
“Event Organiser” means a company that books and stages a Christmas 2015
Event at the Stadium through United Events;
“Minimum Number” means at least 80 people in attendance at the Christmas 2015
Event;
“MU” means Manchester United Football Club Limited;
“Promotion” means MU’s offer of a free drinks reception in respect of a Christmas
2015 Event;
“Reward” is given the meaning in paragraph 2 of these Conditions; and
“Stadium” means Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium.

The Reward is (irrespective of the booking value) a free drinks reception which will
consist of one glass of sparkling wine per attendee on arrival in respect of a
Christmas 2015 Event at the Stadium (“Reward”).
3.
In order to be eligible for a Reward:
3.1
the Event Organiser must have paid for at least the Minimum Number, and the
Minimum Number must be booked to attend the relevant Christmas 2015 Event at all
times (and, for the avoidance of doubt, if the Event Organiser subsequently reduces
the number of people below the Minimum Number, the Event Organiser will no longer
be eligible for a Reward);
3.2
the relevant Christmas 2015 Event must be booked before or on the Closing Date;
3.3
the relevant Christmas 2015 Event must include a three course Christmas meal for
each guest;
3.4
any Event Organiser who is eligible to claim the Reward must inform MU that they
wish to claim the Reward on the date of booking the relevant Christmas 2015 Event;
and
3.5
the relevant Christmas 2015 Event booked by an Event Organiser must be held at the
Stadium prior to or on 31 January 2016. If an Event Organiser books the relevant
Christmas 2015 Event to take place before or on 31 January 2016 but, prior to the
relevant Christmas 2015 Event being held, reschedules the relevant Christmas 2015
Event (for whatever reason) to take place after 31 January 2016, the Reward will not
be able to be claimed for the revised date.
4.
An Event Organiser may only redeem their Reward, if, prior to the date of redemption
an Event Organiser has:
4.1
signed and returned the Event Contract; and
4.2
made any and all payments which are required to be made pursuant to and in
accordance with the Event Contract.
5.
MU reserves the right to allocate the room(s) used for the relevant Christmas 2015
Event pursuant to the Promotion based on minimum numbers of attendees or
otherwise at its discretion.
6.
The Reward is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
7.
MU reserves the right to alter or change the Reward at any time.
8.
The Promotion, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England
and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
