CHANGES TO THE NAMES OF YOUR FITNESS CLASSES You will soon notice that some of the fitness class names will begin to change. Please be assured this is a name change only and the class content will be the same. All our fitness classes will be grouped into key categories which help you identify the right classes for you. Below is a summary of the new class names and respective categories. LET’S BE STRONG Start building a better you. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. Approx calories burned per hour: 590 CX Works Les Mills CX Worx™ Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. Kettlecise LET’S FOCUS Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes, which will leave you feeling refreshed and revived. Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our discipline - based classes. Boxfit uses a range of boxing techniques to get your heart racing and leave you feeling fighting fit.
