CHANGES TO THE NAMES
OF YOUR FITNESS CLASSES
You will soon notice that some of the fitness class names will begin to change. Please be assured this is a name
change only and the class content will be the same.
All our fitness classes will be grouped into key categories which help you identify the right classes for you. Below is
a summary of the new class names and respective categories.

Total Body Conditioning
Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop. These intense,
exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on,
high-energy workout.
Better for: Strength and conditioning

Body Pump
Les Mills Body Pump™
For anyone looking to get lean and toned. Using light to
moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives
you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through
the scientifically proven moves and techniques. You’ll leave
the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come
back for more.

CX Works
Les Mills CX Worx™
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the
vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you
better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite
sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.

LET’S FOCUS
Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our
lower-impact classes, which will leave you feeling refreshed and revived.

Our Pilates classes come in all shapes and sizes, but they all
focus on concentration and muscle control, for a highly effective
workout.

your paces, with high-energy interval raining, designed to

Les Mills Body Attack™
A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total
beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like
running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as
push-ups and squats. You’ll leave with a sense of achievement

Body Combat
Les Mills Body Combat™
BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy, martial arts-inspired workout
that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness.
No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo,
Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a
blast and feel like a champ.
