1. Maximum overall height – 38 inches.
2. Maximum diameter of bowl – 24 inches.
3. Simple design is required limited to a base and bowl, which may include a
recirculating water pump.
4. Colors are limited to white, brown, gray or green (all parts are to be of
matching colors).
5. Placement must be in an approved planting area or in a mulching area around
an existing tree.
6. Only one (1) birdbath per unit.
