Invert Syrups & Blends
Our cane syrups and cane/stevia blends
enhance the flavor, texture and color in
baked goods. Finished baked products are
also able to retain moisture longer when
using Nesugar®. This set of features allows
to significantly increase shelf life and overall
quality of the baked products.
Nesugar® cane syrups are composed of a
water solution of Glucose, Fructose, and
Sucrose produced from all natural non-GMO
cane sugar through a natural enzymatic
proprietary process.
Nesugar Light® is our traditional
glucose/fructose syrup blended with Stevia
Leaf extracts (solvent free). It is 2x sweeter
than regular sweeteners and thus allowing for
sugar and calorie reduction in finished
products.
