Understand Mesotransduction® technology
The skin is a layer whose main function is
to constitute an effective barrier, protecting
the internal medium from the environment and,
first and foremost, from dehydration.
Thanks to its hydrophobicity, the cornea layer acts
as a barrier against the diffusion of water,
controls hydrous flow, and percutaneous absorption.
This physical characteristic explains why the majority
of cosmetics simply applied to the skin are rather
ineffective. The passage into the dermis is difficult;
and slowed down by the cornea layer made up
of corneocytes strongly bound in the deep layers
by tight junctions.

Molecular penetration of active principles

The technology used by the Meso-T8 first consists in opening water channels in the stratum corneum and the subjacent layers,
then transforming the polarity of the active principles by making them pass through a molecular polarization chamber, in order to
allow transduction down to the deeper layers of the skin.
Mesotransduction, enables the use of all kinds of water-soluble molecules (including those with high molecular weights),
which before were only usable by injections.

Fractional Mesotransduction® technology
The Meso-T8 produces fractional electrical sine waves (adjustable, specific and calibrated forms of waves). These
fractional waves can be negative, positive, or alternating), in order to create a strong increase in conductivity and
permeability of the cellular membrane. This Meso-permeabilization optimizes the opening process of “water channels”
which will be used as a pathway by the active principles without any thermal stress.
