Also Free Microphone & Podium (not available in Four Seasons Room), Head Table for Honored Youth, Registration Table, and Awards/Picture Tables as requested Optional Add-on Projector & Screen $100 We provide a laptop and all connections to the display equipment. You may bring in a DVD or Jump Drive with your file on it. If you have created your slideshow on a Macintosh (Apple) computer, you will need to bring in your own laptop, and we do have the proper connection cords available. The price has risen due to repairs and upgrades we have had to make on the equipment, and the extra staffing that has become an issue in preparing the presentations. Dinner Final Guest Count is due no less than seven (7) days prior to the event. Guest with allergies will be provided a custom meal at the same price as long as we have advance notice. No substitutions or customization allowed. No plated options available for student events. All guests including students, adults, and smaller children will have the same meal at the same price. You are welcome to order from our regular menu if you would prefer something from there, but pricing will be according to that menu.
