EDUCATION
Freddie joined Trident as Director in 2014, having previously been engaged in
private practice in Ireland since 2003 and in the UK since 1998.
Freddie specialises in the design and project management of new build,
refurbishment and alteration projects across a wide range of sectors. He
provides developers, funders and occupiers with project monitoring, preacquisition and building maintenance advice and services. Freddie is also an
Accredited Conservation Surveyor and advises Clients on the maintenance
and upgrading of period properties and Protected Structures (listed buildings).
He has also advised on the development of public sector assets.

 Monitored high profile mixed use and commercial construction projects up to
€80m in Ireland and UK.
