I am constantly comparing myself to other people and their bodies. 8. I feel weak and frustrated if I go a day without exercising. 9. I avoid foods I used to like because I’m afraid of gaining weight. 10. I have frequent mood swings, and I feel more emotional, irritable, depressed or anxious. 11. I spend more and more time doing schoolwork (studying and homework), and I sometimes have difficulty concentrating. 12. I am extremely afraid of getting fat. 13. I feel guilty after eating. 14. I haven’t gotten my period yet, it’s irregular, or it has stopped for an unknown reason. 15. I binge sometimes, and feel like I can’t stop eating. 16. I cut my food into small pieces or take more time than other people to finish my meal. 17. My weight has changed drastically over the past few months. 18. I’ve recently started cooking for my family and friends. 19. I keep track of the amount of calories and fat in the foods I eat. 20. I feel an urge to vomit after meals.
