Carpool Policy Objectives
To encourage campus sustainable practices, specific parking spaces will be allocated on
campus exclusively for use by those participating in carpooling efforts. All participants
shall apply for and obtain a carpool permit and follow the rules and criteria found on the
Carpool Parking Permit Application, as well as Administrative Policy 6-010 for Parking
Fees. Vehicles in violation of carpool parking rules will be cited and fined according to
Administrative Procedure 10-060 Parking Fines and as outlined in the Carpool Parking
Permit application.

Definitions

A carpool is defined as two or more occupants of one vehicle parking on campus.
