Program Information
• MP3 Player comes with one each of the following: AMP’D Maxx
MP3 player, ear bud headphones, set of two AA batteries and
owner’s manual.
• No refunds after order has been made.
• MP3 purchases do NOT count against package limits for food,
sundry or exempt orders.
• Restrictions: Only one MP3 player allowed in possession per
inmate.
• Manufacturer’s Warranty: 60 days from purchase, against
manufacturer defect only.
• Reception Facility Rules:
• Upon your release, you can send your MP3 player, along with
$25.00, to us to have all security software removed. We’ll then
return it to you so that you can continue enjoying your previously
purchased music.
– Access Corrections will reject any order received for temporary
inmates.
– Temporary inmates may NOT order or receive an MP3 package.
– Once a temporary inmate is moved to a permanent location, he/
she may have an MP3 package.
