How to Display the PC, Elmo Document Camera or VCR/DVD player via Ceiling Mounted Projector
1. Power on the device(s) you want to display via the projector. The power switch for the Elmo
Document Camera is located in upper right corner of unit. The power switch for the DVD / VCR
player is located on left front side of unit. The PC’s power switch is located on front of PC.
2. For the PC, the username should already be displayed in the “username” field. Enter the password
for the PC, which is the first three letters of the current month followed by the year. Example:

3. To power on the projector, press the “On” button located on the wall control panel.
4. Press the button (“PC”,“Doc Cam” or “VCR DVD”) on the wall control panel for the device you want
to display via the projector. It may take a couple of minutes for the projected image to display on
the projection screen. If you want to change devices, you do not need to power off / on the
projector. Simply press the button for the device you want to change to.
5. If you use the VCR / DVD player, make sure the “VCR / DVD” light on the front of the player is
illuminated for the player format (VCR or DVD) you want to use. Use the VCR / DVD selection
button on front of player to make selection. To control the VCR / DVD player, use the unit’s
remote control or use the buttons located on front of player.
7. Adjust the room volume level by turning the volume control knob located on wall control panel.
To power off projector:
Press the “Off” button located on wall control panel for 3 to 5 seconds. You will not be able to power
on the projector again until the “Off” button on the wall control panel stops blinking.
