Wriggle is brought to you by a wholly Irish owned private company Typetec. Typetec is one of Ireland’s leading
IT managed services and hosted IT providers. With over 30 years’ experience supplying technology and
IT services. Wriggle specialises in developing and implementing 1:1 mobile learning programmes in schools. We
are partnered with Apple and Microsoft and currently work with over 100 secondary schools nationwide.
Wriggle is looking to identify and hire an outgoing and organised person to provide excellent customer service
to our partner schools from Late May – Early October.
Reporting to the Commercial Director of Education, the role will include, but not exclusively:
 Deliver outstanding customer service to parents, staff and students by telephone and at front of
house.
 Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner.
 Logging and management of any support calls on the Service Desk system where required.
 Assisting parents and staff with the ordering process via The Wriggle Online Store.
 General administrative duties.
 Ad hoc projects/ tasks as directed.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will:
 Be a smart, professional, customer services orientated and enthusiastic individual.
 Be personable and outgoing.
 Present well in a corporate environment and have excellent communication skills.
 Must be proficient in the use of computers and common software packages.
 Previous experience in a customer service or office admin role is an advantage.
 Self-starter who uses own initiative.
 Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
 Fluent English essential.
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
