VOTING OPTIONS
2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
ELECTION DAY
Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
All eligible voters in the Village of Elm Grove vote in the Community Rooms at Village Hall. The
polls are open for 13 hours, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Photo ID is required in order to vote,
so please bring your photo ID with you.
You can also register to vote on Election Day. Bring proof of residency with you. You must have
lived in the Village for 10 days prior to the Election.
IN- PERSON ABSENTEE VOTING AT VILLAGE HALL
This option is available to voters who are unable or unwilling to vote at the polling place on
Election Day. Photo ID is required.

Monday, October 24, 2016 to Friday November 4, 2016
Note-Friday November 4, 2016 we will be open until 5:00 p.m.
ABSENTEE VOTING BY MAIL – AN OPTION THAT FITS YOUR TIMELINE – DAY OR
NIGHT
This option is best for voters who are unable to vote on Election Day or can’t get to Village Hall
during in-person voting hours. If this is the option you prefer, please send an e-mail to
([email protected]) or a written request to Village Clerk, 13600 Juneau Blvd., Elm
Grove WI 53122. In your request, please include your Elm Grove address and where you would
like the ballot sent (if different). Be sure to attach a copy of your Photo ID with your request for
a ballot.
We will include a postage paid return envelope for you. All voted ballots must be received by
Election Day!
