Please, send us your application for hanging, posting no later than the commencement of building and include a design drawing. Please,
remember that orders received after the commencement of building cannot always be performed.
The suspension of advertisement and lighting fixtures on to the wire frame structure of Pavilions A, B, C, D F and G is allowed only above the leased areas,
and after obtaining the individual and occasional permit issued by HUNGEXPO Zrt. Any object may only be suspended in the external 1.00 m zone
towards the adjacent stand only with the written consent of the exhibitor concerned. The suspension work may only be carried out by the
partner appointed by HUNGEXPO Zrt.
The customer shall be held responsible for the stability of the object to be suspended, and the integrity of the suspension structure installed on it. Only
approved requests may be regarded as orders.
The prices do not include VAT.
These services ordered will be delivered by a contractor hire by HUNGEXPO C.Co.Ltd. as a transferred service and the costs will be invoiced accordingly.
The Price is valid until 17th September 2015.

+15% supplementary fee is charged for orders made on or after 18th September 2015.
+20% supplementary fee is charged for orders after 2nd October 2015. For orders received after the deadline, HUNGEXPO C.Co. Ltd. cannot guarantee the service in time.
Please note that the bank transfer fee should be paid by the client.
Cancellation policy:
Until the 17th September 2015 it is possible to cancel the ordered and pre-paid services. 50 % of the total amount of the ordered services will be refunded.
After the 17th September 2015 no refund will be provided in case of cancellation.
Only those services will be fulfilled, which have been paid prior the event.

On-site orders are calculated with the On-site price. The prompt delivery of the on-site orders (during building and open days) are not guaranteed.
We hereby take financial responsibility for the quality and quantity of the equipment hired.
