and it’s the foundation from which we started our
company. It stems from the great commandment
found in
Matthew 22:37 & 38.
“Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your
heart and with all your soul and all your mind.’
This is the first greatest commandment.
And the second is like it:
‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”

After years in the wholesale shoe industry,
we wanted to start a different kind of fashion,
footwear company. Beautiful shoes
are a women’s best friend, but aren’t always
friendly to your feet.
So with entrepreneurs’ DNA and a love for
your feet, we formed Maumero in 2015
to do 3 things.

Maumero is honored to participate with Amazima and IJM,
with the women (and men) who defend the defensel ess,
speak up for the voiceless, give hope to the hopeless. We
want our shoes to mean big things to the woman who wears
