(2) The roster may be amended the day of the contest to reflect the names of the students who are actually eligible to participate. The amended list must be on file with the region
executive secretary or designee prior to the scheduled contest performance time for the organization whose name appears on this form. The accuracy of the revised list remains the
responsibility of the Principal or Superintendent whose signature appears below.
