We are very happy to be here in Bellingham at the Lummi Nation School, and we are looking forward to a great show this Friday. Our performance is scheduled for Friday at 6pm. REHEARSALS & SHOW DAY All rehearsals will be held at the Lummi Nation School. 3:00-5:15 Audition 3:00-5:15 MON 5:30-7:30 Gullivers 1 & 2, JCN, King, Queen, Princess, Wasp, Maniacal Scientist, Robots, Assistant Directors 3:00-5:15 Gullivers 1 & 2, JCN, Lilliputians (Green Aliens), Horses, Yahoos, Assistant Directors TUES 5:30-7:30 Gullivers 1 & 2, Horses, Yahoos, Maniacal Scientist, Robots, Assistant Directors 12:30-2:45 Entire Cast WED 3:00-5:00 Entire Cast EXCEPT Blefuscu (Blue Aliens) 12:30-2:45 Entire Cast THUR 3:00-5:00 Entire Cast EXCEPT Blefuscu (Blue Aliens) FRI 9:00 AMAM 11:00 AM Entire Cast: get into costumes, Dress Rehearsal, get out of costume, go back to class. FRI 4:30 PM- Entire Cast: Arrive and get into costumes and makeup. 6:00 PM performance, photo call, costume PM 7:30 PM and script check-in. To be sure that we are ready for our performances, we will follow our rehearsal schedule very closely. All rehearsals will begin and end promptly at the scheduled times, and cast members called for a rehearsal must stay for the entire session. If your child is unable to attend a rehearsal due to illness or there are questions regarding scheduling or attendance, please notify Nacy Sheng at 360-758-4448 as soon as possible. Due to the short rehearsal period, please understand that anyone missing a rehearsal may be unable to participate in the performance. MEAL BREAKS Cast members and assistant directors called for both rehearsals in one day should bring a sack dinner or snack with them for the break between sessions. We will take this break together, and no one will be allowed to leave the rehearsal area during the break. Please do not plan to deliver your child’s snack at break time. Also, please refrain from sending anything with nuts or peanut butter. There are students who are highly allergic. COSTUME BAGS & COSTUMES By Thursday, each cast member should bring a LARGE BAG with his/her NAME and CHARACTER clearly printed on it. The bags are to coordinate costume assignments and to store each actor’s own clothing during the shows. All sets, costumes, props, etc., are provided by the Missoula Children’s Theatre. We ask that the cast provide their own soft-soled, closed-toe shoes. In addition, if your child plans on wearing clothes under their costume please make sure they wear a white/black tank top or t-shirt and shorts. All cast members should wear their hair pulled back and out of their eyes on Friday. PERFORMANCES There will be a photo session after the show on Saturday, so no flash pictures should be taken during the performances. On show day, watches and jewelry should not be worn. The Missoula Children’s Theatre will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. T-SHIRTS We will sell our GULLIVER’S TRAVELS IN SPACE! T-shirts throughout the week. All sizes will be available, and the cost of each shirt is $16. We can only accept cash (exact change is best), or checks made out to Total Screen Design.
