Meet her at Dover_TierC

MeetheratDover
It was a foggy November night in the year 1775. Four tired horses were
pulling a coach up Shooter’s Hill. Their destination was Dover. The
passengers were walking beside the coach, on the muddy street, to make it
easier for the horses to pull the coach.
All of a sudden, they heard a horse galloping. The coachman took out his
gun and shouted,
“Stop! Or I will shoot!”
“I want a passenger!” replied the stranger.
“What passenger?”
“Mr Javis Lorry, the banker.”
Mr Lorry, one of the passengers beside the coach shouted, “What is it Jerry?”
He then turned at the coachman and told him that it was alright, as he knew
the man.
“I have got a message for you,” Jerry told Mr Lorry. He then gave him a piece
of paper, it read:
Wait
at Dover
for
Mam’selle
In a dark room, lit only by two candles, Mr Lorry met Mams’elle. Her name was
Lucie. She was a seventeen year old, pretty young lady. Her hair was golden and her
eyes blue. She had thought that her father was dead. But Mr Lorry had met her to tell
her they had found him. He had been in a prison in Paris, but was now free.
