About the AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill®
Now available for use at HerCare of Brevard, the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill allows you to
push your training, weight loss, and physical therapy rehabilitation further than ever before.
You can:






Reduce gravity’s impact by selecting any weight between 20% and
100% of your body weight by 1% increments
Provide a safe way to lose weight and exercise more intensively
while "unweighted"
Rehabilitate lower extremity injuries with less pain and less
impact
Improve mobility, strength and safety for those with
neurological conditions
Train without pain and reduce the stress to joints and muscles
Recover effectively and with less pain after training or
competition
USAGE AND FEES
Single session:
Special shorts are required for usage with the machine. Your fee includes usage of the “house”
shorts. These shorts are washed and disinfected after every use. If you would like to purchase a
pair of shorts for personal use, 50% of the cost of the shorts will be applied as a credit towards
usage of the machine.

Multi-use cards:
10 (30 minute) sessions per card: $120
Every third card will earn 60 free minutes or a free pair of shorts (only one pair of shorts can be
redeemed per year).
Monthly membership: (includes one free pair of shorts per year)
120 - 150 minute sessions per week: $170
150 - 400 minutes per week : $200
Lifestyle Modification clients or patients:
Insurance may be an option for payment and can be considered on an individual basis if you
are more than 50 pounds overweight, have had surgery on a hip, leg or foot, or have medical
problems that limit your ability to exercise. We will take a $50 deposit on insurance for the first 30
minute session. That will be refunded in full if insurance pays. If insurance does not pay in a timely
and appropriate manner, that $50 will be credited towards usage at the above price levels. We
reserve the right to stop accepting insurance as a payment option at any time.
Personal shorts can be purchased for $75 each.
