SG-240
NU-SLEEVE SG-240 is a fiberglass braided
sleeve coated with a special high
temperature silicone rubber.
It is therefore an excellent thermal and
electrical insulator, with high dielectric
properties (Grade A sleeve) and high
temperature of use (240°C/464°F).
NU-SLEEVE SG-240 is non-flammable
and has good mechanical properties.
Typical applications include:
coil and winding industry (coils, motors,
generators, transformers…); lighting
fixtures; transportation (mass transit, rail
cars, locomotives…); commercial
cookware (fryers, rotisseries, steamers…);
heating and cooling; custom car
markets and heavy truck market; and in
many other industrial fields.
