Frequently Asked Questions BoGoHo (Buy One, Get One Half Off): 01 – 31 May 2014 1. Is the BoGoHo offer combinable with the Nextcruise offer? What are onboard guests being offered if they book between 01 - 31 May 2014? Our onboard future cruise consultants are able to offer the BoGoHo between 01 -31 May 2014. Guests will also receive the applicable Next Cruise Onboard Credit. 2. Is the BoGoHo offer combinable with Crown & Anchor Society Diamond/Platinum pre-cruise balcony discounts or savings certificates? Yes. The offer is combinable with Crown & Anchor Society savings/benefits. 3. What categories are eligible for the offer? For all sailings included in the promotion, any category that is available to book is eligible for the BoGoHo offer. For sailings departing between 16 September 2014 and 19 April 2015 only, there are also promotional guarantee categories of W, X, Y and Z available. 4. What are categories W, X, Y and Z? Categories W, X, Y and Z are promotional guarantees. This means you may book a stateroom of a guaranteed category type (Z - Interior, Y - Oceanview, X - Balcony or W - Suite) on your chosen ship and cruise. However, the exact grade, number and location of the stateroom on the ship will be allocated by us (at our discretion) and at any time up until checking in at the port. Once your GTY stateroom has been allocated to you, we are unable to accept any changes requested by you. The benefits to you of a GTY stateroom are that after your booking has been confirmed, we may (at our discretion) upgrade your stateroom to one of a superior category to that originally booked at no extra charge to you. Please note that if you are upgraded to an oceanview or balcony stateroom/suite, you may be allocated a stateroom/suite with a partially obstructed view. 5. How is the 50% Discount calculated? Bookings made on any Royal Caribbean International Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific, Trans-Pacific and Asia Reposition voyages departing between 16 September 2014 and 19 April 2015 on promotional guarantee grades: Interior – Z, Oceanview – Y, Balcony – X and Deluxe – W, will receive 50% off the total Gross Fare for passenger two in the stateroom. Bookings made on any other stateroom grade will receive up to 50% off the cruise fare component of the second passenger in the stateroom only (the 50% discount does not apply to the taxes/fees/port expenses and pre-paid gratuities). Bookings made on any Royal Caribbean International Global voyage departing between 1 January 2015 and 30 April 2016 will receive up to 50% off the Cruise Fare component for the second passenger in the stateroom only. The 50% discount does not apply to taxes/fees/port expenses and pre-paid gratuities. 6. Is the BoGoHo offer combinable with Future Cruise Credit (FCC) and Letter of Credit (LOC)? The BoGoHo offer is combinable with FCCs and LOCs as they are not promotional offers. 7. Is the BoGoHo offer combinable with restricted price programs like reduced air promos, resident, senior and military rates? No. The BoGoHo offer is not combinable with restricted pricing or any other promotions, including but not limited to: Net Rates, Seniors rates, Resident rates, Military rates, Closed User rates, Interline rates, RSALE, Going-Going-Gone rates, Cruisetour pricing, Travel Agent rates, Friends and Family rates or Employee rates, unless otherwise stated. Yes. The promotion is available to groups and bookings may be transferred within the standard FIT to Group booking transfer conditions. 9. What will be the hours of operation for Royal Reservations? The Royal Caribbean Reservations Team will be open from 9:00am Local Time to 6:00pm Local Time (Sydney) from Monday to Friday 10. Can the BoGoHo offer be booked through automation? Yes. The discount will be automatically applied at the time of booking. 11. Will guests travelling alone in a stateroom get the BoGoHo offer? No. This offer does not apply to sole occupancy bookings. 12. Is the discount valid for 3rd and 4th guests? No, the discount is only applicable to guest 2 13. Is there a promotional code that I need to quote at the time of booking? There is no promotional code that needs to be quoted to be eligible for the promotion. So long as your booking is made during the promotional period on an eligible sailing, the discount should be applied. We recommend that you check your booking confirmation and ensure the discount is applied and that your booking is showing the “BOGO” promotion name. st 14. If an option is held without money prior to 1 May 2014 will they be eligible to receive the offer? The BoGoHo offer will only apply to bookings created and named between 01 -31 May 2014. Any existing th booking that is cancelled after 29 April 2014 and is rebooked for the same ship and sailing within the Sale period will not be eligible to receive the offer. 15. What is considered an existing booking? th Any booking cancelled on or after 29 April 2014 for the same ship and sail date is considered as an existing reservation and therefore will be deemed ineligible for the BoGoHo offer. Please note, the ‘Courtesy Hold’ option on the www.royalcaribbean.com.au website is essentially creating a booking for you under an Offer status and will therefore not be eligible for the offer. 16. What if I made a booking with one agent prior to the BoGoHo offer period and then choose to make a new booking with another agent during the offer period, am I still eligible for the offer? th Any booking made on or after 29 April 2014, which is cancelled and then re booked during BoGoHo sale period for the same ship and sail date even if with an alternate agent or booking method will be considered a cancel and re book and therefore not eligible for the offer. 17. When does the deposit need to be paid by in order to qualify for the BoGoHo offer? All bookings must have the required deposit paid by the date outlined on the booking invoice. Furthermore, if the departure date of the booked cruise is less than 70 days to sailing then the full balance of the booking will be due as outlined on the booking confirmation. What if I want to make a change to my booking after the promotion has ended –will I still be eligible to retain the promotion? Modifications to a booking after the promotion has ended will result in the loss of the promotion. Examples of changes that will result in the promotion being forfeit are including, but not limited to; change of ship, sail date, category booked, amending the travel agency ID or selecting an alternate price/promotion.
