From 1st registration to 3rd registration: NOT first-come, first-served, online registration (My Waseda)
Add-only registration for the SILS courses:
First-come, first-served, paper-based registration (you will submit the application form to the office in person)
From 1st registration to 3rd registration, if too many students apply for one course, lottery will be conducted.
(Computer randomly chooses students.)
Only the chosen students by lot can take the course. (the status being not chosen by lot is called being “over-enrolled”.).
*In case you cannot register for 6 credits of Japanese language courses because of over-enrollment,
and thus cannot fulfill the SP3 requirement:
There is a relief measure after the 3rd registration.
Detailed information will be given at the academic orientation after coming to Japan.
