you maintain a healthy body composition this
holiday season!

Contest begins on November 27th. Register with
the front desk, and pay the $30 participation fee
You’ll get a scan every week until January 8th, at a special
discount of $5 per session!
Keep working out and eating smart, and use the InBody to check
your progress once a week
After the final scan, CASH prizes will be awarded for the person
who loses the most fat, and the person who gains the most
muscle!
*Note: it is dangerous for women to drop below 12% body fat. For the safety of our
members, we cannot encourage female participants to try to lose fat below this
level.
