Prior to joining Ledyard, she spent her entire professional career with the Key Bank organization in Maine. She started in lending and then spent the next twelve years in wealth management with responsibilities for managing the function for the state of Maine. During her last five years at Key, Kathy served as their District President with the responsibility of managing all retail and business banking in the state. Key was a $2.5 billion operation in Maine with 64 branches. Kathy recently completed a 2-year service on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Community Bank Advisory Council in Washington D.C. and a six-year term on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston where she also served as the Chair of their Audit Committee. She currently serves as a Director of the Independent Community Bankers of America and on the board of ICBA Securities. She is also a member of the Upper Valley Corporate Council and serves on the board of the New Hampshire American Heart Association and AHA Founders Affiliate Board where she has also served as the Upper Valley Go Red for Women Chair. She is a Director for the Community Bankers Association of NH and a corporation member for the Montshire Museum of Science.
