wall. The distinctive pink stone gives

The neighborhood
Your Staytoo Apartment is located on
Äußere Bayreuther Straße not far from
the old city of Nuremberg. The Campus and many places to eat and relax
are easy to reach on foot, by bicycle
or via public transportation. Nearby is
the Volkspark Marienberg – perfect for
jogging, hanging out, and for having a
barbeque in the summer.

We offer apartments in different categories, but they all come with the same advantages of our Staytoo concept. The
category and therefore the size of the apartment depends on the location you are looking for. Some apartments vary
slightly in size and/or shape. The individual apartments in Nuremberg range from 18 m² to 24 m² in size.

We have designed our lease terms in line with the needs of most students, therefore the initial term is up to 12 months.
If you decide to move out, all you need to do is give us three months notice before the end of your summer term, otherwise the contract extends for six months.
The rent for a furnished apartment starts at EUR 449 per month and includes utilities, such as electricity, heating, water
and internet, as well as the use of our common areas for studying, doing laundry (laundry machines at extra fees) and
working out.
At the beginning of your Staytoo-experience, we will charge a one-time fee of EUR 400 to provide you all extra service
at a high level on a continuous and regular basis.
To rent one of our apartments, we need you to hand in several documents, including a rental agreement, enrollment
certificate, rent deposit, blame accession declaration of a guarantor and a SEPA direct debit mandate to
collect the monthly rent from our account. Don’t worry, we have prepared special forms for you.
