Harmful if absorbed through skin. Can cause skin irritation.

Can cause eye irritation.
Ingestion Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, lesions on skin & mucous membranes. Severe swelling, severe
damage to delicate tissue & danger of perforation
Circulatory collapse, tachycardia, delirium, convulsions, coma, death
Extremely distructive to mucous membranes, upper respiratory tract, eyes & skin.
Burning sensation, cough, wheezing, laryngitis, shortness of breath, spasm, inflammation & edema of larynx, inflammation &

Prolonged exposure to iodides may produce iodism. Symptoms include: skin rash, running nose, headache, irritation of mucous
