Richard Crews

Originally born in New York, but raised in Phoenix,
Arizona. Richard is the Founder and Principal
Consultant of the Radicle Solutions Group. A
company purposed to strengthen and cultivate the
capacity within organizations to maximize impact in
the communities that they serve.
His roots are centered in faith based and community
collaborations with a systems-centered lens framed in racial equity and social justice. Mr. Crews
is an Alliance Fellow with Vitalyst Health Foundation, and a Strive Together National Equity
Fellow. He facilitates workshops and has spoken on various panels across the country addressing
issues pertaining to building strong coalitions, race power and privilege, and the many challenges
facing our youth. He is currently working with the Maricopa County Chapter of the National
Latino Peace Officers Alliance to host a series of Community Conversations in conjunction with
NOBLE to strengthen bridges between Law Enforcement and marginalized communities.
Mr. Crews and his wife are the proud parents of three boys, Jeremiah, Malachi and Jelani. His
greatest desire is to be an instrument in unlocking the space within individuals and organizations
to operate on purpose and authenticity. When we remove our masks, we expose our truth. When
we work from our truth, humanity can collaborate in solidarity to build better systems that reflect
Justice instead of Just Us.
