Use this system setup diagram to help you place
your next order for a complete diesel exhaust
fluid (DEF) compatible system.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• All products are composed of DEF/AdBlue
®
compatible materials including stainless steel and
various compatible elastomers.
• Diesel exhaust fluid will freeze at approximately
12 °F. To prevent freezing of fluid in colder climate
installations, we suggest the recirculation system
detailed here. A TS-550 evo™ tank gauge paired with
temperature sensors installed using the recirculation
tee assembly will ensure automated recirculation and
prevent freezing.

This tee setup is used inside
the dispenser sump to
connect the discharge and
return lines. The setup also
facilitates adequate exposure
of the temperature sensor to
the DEF liquid for an accurate
temperature reading.
