The eCopy Highlight and Redact Extender enables users to quickly and easily
conceal sensitive or personally identifiable data, identify areas of documents for
further review, and streamlines editing processes using simple keyword-driven
searches initiated at the time a document is scanned.

eCopy Highlight and Redact extends the functionality of any eCopy ShareScan
connector, enabling users to automate previously manual tasks and eliminating
user error. Redaction, highlight, and strikethrough mark-ups are permanently
applied to the scanned document, which can be printed, distributed as PDF,
or archived using any configured eCopy Connector.
Use the eCopy Highlight and Redact Extender to enhance your document
scanning workflows, simply by adding a few simple search terms. Uses of the
Extender include:

aw Firms/Legal Counsel—Automate redaction tasks associated with
Document Discovery and contract reviews and protect personally identifiable
data at the point of capture.
n F
inancial Services—E-mail contracts and agreements with signature fields and
other key data points highlighted for easy review. Permanently conceal classified
information contained in consumer reports pursuant to processes defined
in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Protect clients’ nonpublic personal
information, as defined by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
