Our commitment at Rydges South Bank is to deliver outstanding service
and create a Room Service experience that is reminiscent of a ‘home
away from home’ feel. The menu was conceived with an innovative
approach to what you would eat at home and includes a range of unique
children’s Room Service options.
I would also encourage you to explore our restaurants and bars at some
point during your time with us. We offer casual dining in CBD | Cafe Bar
Dining (located on the Ground floor) and at the Soleil Pool Bar (Podium
level), and a truly gastronomic experience in our award winning Bacchus
Restaurant (Podium level).
Should you require any recommendations in relation to restaurants,
shops or attractions please ask one of the Front Office team who will be
delighted to assist.

Head Chef Mark Penna’s menu focuses on modern interpretations of classical

Fancy a tipple? You are spoiled for choice with a wine list that features more
than 600 offerings, and was named Wine List of the Year in the 2014 Good
Food Guide and was recently awarded a Three Glass Rating by Gourmet

By day Soleil is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or savor a light bite
from the all day dining menu as you soak up the sunshine.
By night the venue transforms into a stylish and vibrant bar with talented
mixologists serving up an exciting array of cocktails, quality beers, wines and
tapas. DJ’s provide musical entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights and
Sunday afternoons.
Alcoholic beverages can be purchased from the bar from 10.00am each day,
and the kitchen is open until 10.00pm.
The pool is open between 6.00am and 6.00pm. Please note that for the safety
of our guests glassware is not permitted in the enclosed pool area. We are

CONFERENCE & EVENTS
Level 12 Rooftop is a spectacular 400m2 spacious, private venue that features
large glass windows, showcasing a magnificent 180 degree panoramic view
of the Brisbane River and City skyline, giving the venue a unique Wow factor.
Level 12 also features natural light, black out curtains, air conditioning,
complimentary Wi-Fi access, in-room telephone and modem point, two
outdoor terrace areas, private bathrooms and a bar/servery area.
The Rooftop is fully diverse with sound-proof dividing walls. This allows the
space to comfortably cater for two events simultaneously. Level 12 can be used
for cocktail events, trade shows, weddings, breakfast meetings, luncheons,
dinners and gala events.
The Podium Functions and Events Centre features state of the art rooms that
can comfortably cater for up to 550 delegates theatre style or 320 delegates
cabaret over 580m2. For flexibility, the walls tastefully divide the space creating
four private spaces, all opening out onto a terrace area which allows natural
light into the rooms. The Podium Rooms can easily adapt from the professional
to the elegant, with 3.5m ceilings encasing four magnificent chandeliers and
an opulence and decadence that provides the perfect venue for all occasions.
The Podium Rooms also feature black out curtains, air conditioning,
complementary Wi-Fi access, iPad connectivity, in-room telephone, controlled
lighting, individual drop down data projection and state of the art sound
capabilities.
Located on the Podium Level, Podium 5 can be used as an exquisite 16
seat boardroom, private cocktail party setting, private dining room or a
conference secretariat. The room features a fully integrated 55" LED TV for
teleconferencing and is equipped to service all conferencing needs.
